What does it actually cost?
Nothing upfront, nothing ongoing, and nothing at all if no savings are found. Our fee is a share of the savings we deliver — verified against your invoices — so we are only paid out of money you weren't keeping anyway. Founding practices get the best share terms we will ever offer.
Will I have to change suppliers I trust?
No. Around 60% of practices stay with their existing suppliers on improved pricing and terms. Every recommendation — stay or switch — is yours to approve or decline. Nothing changes without your sign-off.
How much of my time will it take?
A review call, access to 12 months of supplier invoices (your practice manager or accountant can provide these), and sign-off on the recommendations. The analysis, tendering, negotiation and 24-month monitoring are all done for you.
Is my data safe?
Your invoices and figures are used solely to run your review, held confidentially, and never shared or published in a way that identifies your practice — the same standard behind every Dental Data Vault benchmark.
Why is the cohort limited to 25?
